Unheard Voices: The Inclusion Lunch
*Executive Masterclass | Buffet Networking Lunch
Overview:
Reimagining Access, Opportunity & Inclusive Employment
Unheard Voices is a powerful forum that brings people leaders and senior executives together to examine the barriers faced by individuals on the margins of Irish society in accessing meaningful employment, and to challenge how organisations think about inclusion in practice.
Now in its third year, this event creates space for honest conversation, lived experience, and leadership‑level reflection on what inclusion truly means beyond policy and intention. Past contributors have included voices from social justice, business, and public life, offering grounded insight into the realities faced by under‑represented and excluded groups — and the role organisations can play in widening access and opportunity.
The session is designed to:
Explore the systemic and structural barriers affecting access to work
Challenge assumptions around inclusive hiring and workplace support
Share insight from lived experience and leadership practice
Support organisations in moving from intent to impact on equity and inclusion
Unheard Voices is not a theoretical discussion. It is a practical, values‑led forum for organisations that are serious about equity, opportunity, and social impact — and about embedding inclusive thinking into leadership and employment practices.
