David Gillick is a former professional track and field athlete, two-time European 400m champion, and Olympian. After retiring, he became a bestselling author, media contributor, and advocate for mental health and healthy living.
Dr. Lydia Mackeogh is a licensed clinical psychologist and is a chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She is the National Clinical Psychology Lead at Vhi.
