Dr. Lydia Mackeogh shares latest trends in workplace mental health. She will also share insights and tips on how to become more self aware about one’s own mental health as a leader in the workplace.

David Gillick explores how leaders can make talking about mental health a team strength, and also will share insights on how to start building a workplace culture where mental health conversations and support becomes a norm.

David Gillick is a former professional track and field athlete, two-time European 400m champion, and Olympian. After retiring, he became a bestselling author, media contributor, and advocate for mental health and healthy living.

Dr. Lydia Mackeogh is a licensed clinical psychologist and is a chartered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She is the National Clinical Psychology Lead at Vhi.
