The Executive Forum Annual Pride Celebration Gala Lunch brings member organisations together to celebrate progress, reinforce commitment, and lead open dialogue on inclusion and DEI leadership at the most senior level.

This milestone fifth annual gathering provides a visible, meaningful opportunity for member organisations to prioritise their LGBTQ+ community and DEI advocates, and to demonstrate inclusion not just as a value, but as a lived leadership practice.

• Creating space for open, respectful dialogue on inclusion in the workplace

• Sharing leadership insight on embedding DEI authentically and sustainably

• Recognising the role of organisations in building inclusive cultures

• Celebrating progress while reinforcing collective responsibility
