Conducted anonymously on 01/12/2021 - 878 participants.

 The key insights:

  •  Work flexibility is very important to over 70% of total participants.

  • Over two thirds of participants would consider seeking out a new employer if their current workplace flexibility option was rescinded.

  • Similarly, over two thirds of total participants would not consider taking a role with a new employer that did not offer a flexible working option.

  • Management and non-management highly value workplace flexibility (very similar view).

  • Gender and different age profiles all highly value workplace flexibility.
