Workplace Flexibility 
Survey Findings
Conducted anonymously on 01/12/2021 - 878 participants.
The key insights:
- Work flexibility is very important to over 70% of total participants. 
- Over two thirds of participants would consider seeking out a new employer if their current workplace flexibility option was rescinded. 
- Similarly, over two thirds of total participants would not consider taking a role with a new employer that did not offer a flexible working option. 
- Management and non-management highly value workplace flexibility (very similar view). 
- Gender and different age profiles all highly value workplace flexibility.
